Clean and Simple Cards

I am taking a Clean and Simple Online course with Jennifer McGuire, Kristina Werner and Julie Ebersole.  They really have excellent classes and you learn so many great tips on everything involved with card making and stamping.  This is my second class and I have learned so much!  This is the card that I made for the first day based on a sketch and a card that Kristina had made in class.  Hope you enjoy!

Triple Stamping Birthday Card

Today I made a card using a method of stamping that I learned from watching Beate Johns.  You basically take three pieces of cardstock that are cut to fit inside each other and then you use re-positional tape to stack the layers and you stamp on top of the papers.  I used dimensional tape to put together after stamping to give it fun look.  You can watch her video here.

I added a small tag from PTI's  Tiny Tags along with a sentiment from Hero Arts CL139.  Ribbon is from Bazzill Basics and I made the stick pin.

My Favorite Things Wednesday Challenge

Today I have a card that I made for the MFT Wednesday Challenge.  I love the sketches and it gives me inspiration.  I used some awesome new stamps from Lisa Johnson called Hearts and Stitches and Homespun Hearts along with the dies.

My Favorite Things Challenge

Today I made a shaker card for the MFT Challenge.  I used several of the dies from MFT and the new stamps by Lisa Johnson.  I love her style and these new stamps!

The picture is not great thanks to many gloomy days of rain!!  The paper is all from American Crafts, with Love.  Have the rest of a great weekend!

2013 and PTI's Make it Monday

It has been forever since I posted anything.  That thing called "life" got me I suppose.   In 2013 I am going to try and do more with the blog and enter more challenges.  My passion is to create!!  That is a good word for 2013...PASSION!
